Every Body Tells a Different Story

At Hands On Health, we don't believe in one-size-fits-all massage. Every session begins with a conversation about what your body needs — where you carry tension, what hurts, what your goals are. From there, your therapist selects and blends techniques in real time, adjusting pressure, focus areas, and modalities throughout the hour. The result is a massage that's different every single time, because your body is different every single time. Below are our core offerings, but know that your therapist will always customize your experience.

Integrative Massage

$75 / 60 minutes

Our most popular service and the foundation of everything we do. Integrative massage combines multiple modalities — Swedish for relaxation, deep tissue for chronic tension, trigger point therapy for stubborn knots, and myofascial release for restricted movement — all woven together based on what your body needs that day.

Your therapist doesn't follow a script. They read your muscles, feel for areas of restriction, and adjust their approach in real time. One shoulder might need deep, focused pressure while the other responds better to broad, flowing strokes. That's integrative massage: an intelligent, responsive treatment that addresses your whole body as a connected system.

Ideal for: chronic pain, stress relief, general tension, muscle recovery, headaches, and anyone who wants a massage tailored specifically to them.

Includes: Warm towels, room scent selection, complimentary water or tea

Hot Stone Massage

$85 / 60 minutes

Smooth, heated basalt stones are placed on key tension points along your body while your therapist works the surrounding tissue with warm, flowing strokes. The deep, penetrating heat from the stones reaches muscle layers that hands alone can't always access, melting chronic tightness and improving blood flow throughout the session.

Hot stone massage is particularly effective for clients who carry tension in their back, shoulders, and neck, or for anyone dealing with poor circulation or stiff joints. The combination of heat therapy and skilled manual work creates a profoundly relaxing experience — many clients describe it as the most relaxed they've ever felt.

The stones we use are naturally smooth river basalt that retains heat beautifully. Your therapist monitors temperature throughout to ensure your comfort at every moment.

Includes: Heated basalt stones, warm towels, room scent selection, complimentary water or tea

Pregnancy Massage

$75 / 60 minutes

Pregnancy puts extraordinary demands on your body — shifting weight, loosening ligaments, compressed nerves, and muscles compensating for a changing center of gravity. Our pregnancy massage addresses all of it with gentle, specialized techniques designed specifically for expectant mothers.

Your therapist uses careful positioning with supportive pillows to keep you safe and comfortable throughout the session. We focus on the areas pregnancy hits hardest: lower back, hips, legs, and swollen feet. The pressure is gentler than our standard integrative work, but the relief is just as real.

Many of our expecting clients say their pregnancy massage is the only hour each week where they feel truly comfortable. We consider that the best endorsement we could ask for.

Includes: Supportive positioning, warm towels, complimentary water or tea

Available after the first trimester. Please consult your healthcare provider before booking.
